How To Install DNAFXTrading Forex Robot

If you don't have Metatrader installed yet, download a free copy of the Metatrader Trading Platform at http://www.metaquotes.net/. Your forex broker will also provide you with a free copy of Metatrader once you sign up.

Step 1: You will recieve a .ex4 file via email when you purchase the DNA FX Trading Forex Robot. You need to navigate to the installation folder of Metatrader you are running on your computer. Usually it is in the program files directory. Once you have found this folder open up the "experts" folder. Simply drag the .ex4 file into this folder.

Step 2: Once you have copied the .ex4 file into the "experts" folder start metatrader and go to the "tools" tab and select options

Step 3: In the options tab click over to "Expert Advisors" and make sure that the following boxes are checked on your metatrader platform.

Step 4: Once you have updated your options to allow live trading you must open a Daily chart of EUR/USD. It is very important that you select the Daily chart and let the data load before you run the EA. Once you see the daily chart you can click and drag the DNA FX Trader icon onto the EUR/USD chart.

Step 5: Once you have dragged the DNA FX Trader icon onto the Daily chart you will need to enter your account starting balance and risk tolerance. Click over to the Inputs tab and then enter your account balance in dollars only. If you have $1,106.23 in your account you would enter 1000 with no commas into the balance field. Then you must select risk tolerance. The system's backtests and current forward tests were conducted at 3% risk. For this level you would simply enter a 3 in the risk box. We do not reccomend running DNA FX Trader above 3%. For conservative traders we would reccomend using 1% or 2% by entering a 1 or 2 for the AcctPercentRisk Value.

Step 6: Now you are ready to let DNA FX Trader run live. Check your chart to make sure the Expert Advisors button on the top middle of the screen is pushed in and has a small green icon to the left. Then check the upper right hand of the chart to make sure that it is a Daily chart and there is a small smiley face to the right of DNA FX Trader.
